I am a web designer who lives in the lovely city of Vancouver, BC. I have two etsy shops where I sell cards and birthday calendars & printable stationery & art prints. I also have a popular food blog, but thought it would be a nice thing to keep track of all the little things that might get lost along the way.

OMG! I have the same shoes but in... "conservative" black!
I never saw them in yellow at the shoe store. Mind you I think I'm probably a lot more timid with my colour choices in my 'old age', as opposed to when I was a teenager. I used to wear lime green sneakers - pointy ones - and I was so proud that nobody else owned a pair like them.
I did get teased once by some "head bangers" who called out..."Hey, check out those green shoes...har har har!"
I was in China Town a couple of months ago, and on a whim and because they were super cheap, I bought a pair of Chinese mary janes in bright red. And by fluke, they just so happen to match my bright red grocery cart...;)
joanne, i got these shoes a little while ago on some weird super-sale. they were under $15 so i was pretty psyched. as for your red mary janes, wear them! i love red shoes!!
